Mail-in and local drop-off available.
Local drop-off is by appointment only.
Mail-in customers are responsible for shipping the wig to The Wig Spa. Return shipping is charged at checkout.
Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price.
All items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of original receipt date and must be unused with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping charges.
We do not offer refunds in store. In-store returns and exchanges will be issued via store credit or gift card.
